    The Embassy of France to the Philippines, in partnership with France Volontaires, other Franco-Philippine NGOs and Ballet Philippines, organized a contemporary dance workshop for the underprivileged youth conducted by world-renowned French choreographer, Emmanuelle Huynh.

  • Grant Recipient of the 2016 Call for Projects Launched by the French Embassy

    A jury chaired by the Ambassador of France to the Philippines gathered last November 9, 2016 for the tenth call for proposals opened to the network of French-Philippine NGOs and launched by the French Embassy. The group selected a proposal developed to benefit a community or a marginalized group on the following theme: the youth.

  • Seminar on Women’s Rights and Early Pregnancy

    Representatives of various NGOs, the academe and government, among others, will gather to discuss women’s rights and early pregnancy on January 20 at the De La Salle-College of Saint Benilde SDA Theater. This seminar is organized by the Embassy of France to the Philippines, in partnership with De La Salle-College of Saint Benilde, France Volontaires and LP4Y.   • Call for Applications: 2015 Human Rights Prize of the French Republic

    The French Republic’s 2015 “Liberty, Equality, Fraternity” Human Rights Prize, awarded by the Prime Minister of the French Government, is now open for applications. This prize, created in 1988, is awarded for individual or collective action on the ground, irrespective of nationality or borders, undertaken in France or abroad, with respect to one of two themes, as chosen.

  • Grant Recipient of the 2014 Call for Projects Launched by the French Embassy

    After having examined the 7 proposals submitted this year, the jury chose the proposal aimed at raising awareness and preventing risks associated with climate change submitted by Solidarités International. The group will receive PHP 220,000 from the Embassy of France to the Philippines to finance their project.

  • Call for Proposals: Network of Franco-Philippine NGOs

    A call for proposals is launched from September 8 to October 27, 2014 among the associations of the Franco-Philippine NGO network in order to select a project proposal in favour of an underprivileged community or social group (without any theme restriction). Following the evaluation of these projects, the chosen association will receive a financial grant worth PHP 175 000 from the French Embassy in Manila.
