Academic Cooperation

Franco-Philippine academic cooperation counts 65 partnerships with higher education institutions. They mainly involve three major Philippine universities: the Ateneo de Manila University, the University of the Philippines and De La Salle University. In addition, significant cooperation programs are established with the Asian Institute of Management and higher education institutions specializing in hospitality management such as Enderun Colleges.

The Embassy of France has developed a policy of awarding grants to support student mobility in the framework of partnerships between French and Filipino higher education institutions.

Academic cooperation is enhanced by the action of the Philippines Campus France office, which promotes further studies in France. For more information, visit the website of Campus France Philippines www.philippines.campusfrance.org and its official Facebook page www.facebook.com/campusfrancemanille.

Through the action of the France Embassy in the Philippines and the Campus France Philippines Office, 350 Filipinos were able to study in France in 2011, an increase of 113% compared to 2010.
