Call for abstracts: ICT-BIO Asia 2016

The ICT-BIO Asia Workshop 2016 will take place on May 30 and 31, 2016 at the University of Malaya, Kuala Lumpur. Interested participants are invited to submit their abstracts until March 28, 2016.

The Bio-Asia and ICT-Asia regional programs are French initiatives that aim to strengthen high level scientific collaboration between Asian and French research units, as well as to develop a research network for French and regional academic communities in the fields of information and communication technologies and biodiversity and biotechnologies studies. It supports projects involving France and the member countries of the ASEAN, as well as East Timor, North-East Asia (Mainland China, Hong Kong and Taiwan, Korea, Japan) and South- Asia (India, Nepal, Pakistan, Bangladesh, Bhutan).

The ICT-BIO Asia Workshop 2016 will take place on May 30 and 31, 2016 at the University of Malaya, Kuala Lumpur. Co-organized by the Academy of Sciences Malaysia, the Malaysia France University Centre / Embassy of France in Malaysia, the University of Malaya and UNESCO Jakarta, this year’s workshop, focuses on four themes: Biomass and Renewable Energies; Cybersecurity; Green Smart Cities; and health & well-being.
