The Consular Office in Manila
The Consular Office is open to the public from 8:00am to 12:00pm by appointment. Click here to view the embassy’s schedule of non-working days.
The visa section is open to the public from Monday to Thursday from 9:00am to 12.30pm without appointment, and on Friday from 9:00am to 12.30pm by appointment only (857-6930).
Please note that bags and cellphones are not allowed inside the visa section, and that only visa applicants are allowed inside the Embassy.

Consular Office in Cebu
Mr. Michael LHUILLIER was named Honorary Consul of France in Cebu on June 16, 2017. The consular office is officially hosted by the Alliance Française de Cebu. The Honorary Consul only receives those with scheduled appointments.
