Inauguration of the Air Liquide factory in Laguna [fr]
Last April 24, 2017, French Ambassador Thierry Mathou attended the inauguration of the new industrial gas (nitrogen) production unit of Air Liquide Philippines located in the Calamba Premiere Industrial Park.
Present during the ceremonie were B. Gen. Charito Plaza, Director-General of the Philippine Economic Zone Authority (PEZA) and, from the Air Liquide group, Mr. Ng Boon Hai, Vice-President for Southeast Asia and the Pacific, Ms. Virginie Cavalli, Asia-Pacific Vice-President for Industrial Activities, and Mr. Brian Chen, President of Air Liquide Philippines.
"Alpha," the new visual identity of the Air Liquide group, was also presented.
Air Liquide Philippines, a fully owned subsidiary of the French group Air Liquide, started its operations in 1994 and now employs over 260 people. Air Liquide operates air separation units, hydrogen plants, carbon dioxide plants, cylinder refilling stations and depots, on-site plants and pipelines all over the Philippines.
