Visit of Senator Ronan Le Gleut to the Philippines (February 26-28, 2023)
Senator Ronan Le Gleut is a member of the Senate for French citizens living abroad and is the Chairman of the French Study Abroad Group of the Senate.
The Senator visited Manila and Cebu from February 26 to 28 and held exchanges in the economic and education sectors, and the French community in the Philippines.
In Cebu, Senator Le Gleut met with Mr. Michael Lhuillier, Honorary Consul of France in Cebu; Mr. Gauthier Carol, director of Alliance Française de Cebu; and Mr. Matthieu Guillaume, representative of the French Chamber of Commerce and Industry in the Philippines.
In Manila, the Senator visited Alliance française de Manille and had a discussion with its director, Mr. Xavier Leroux. He also visited the Lycée Français de Manille and met with its principal, Mrs. Eliette Baud.
